Exceptional Staff and Service

The level of service at this hotel is truly outstanding, from the reception to restaurant staff, all went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. the staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate guests' needs made our experience exceptional. One area for improvement could be clearer communication about the hotel's party atmosphere for guests seeking a more peaceful stay.

My recent stay was a mix of beach bliss and poolside relaxation. The lobby's glass cube offered a cool view while the marble bathrooms were a treat. The karaoke room at Maiden Shanghai was a hit, but I couldn't resist a bite at the poolside Cinque. With a keen eye for lush surroundings, I enjoyed every detail of the resort. The rooftop whirlpool tubs were my favorite spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the world's largest man-made island. Cheers!

The penthouse was just wow, and the hotel decor was simply stunning, not to mention the spa staff, especially Ms. Riza, who was super friendly. The pool music vibes were excellent, the beach was super chill, and the hotel had such a lively atmosphere. They've got a spa and a refreshing swimming pool chill spot. However, watch out for the pricey pool and beach bed charges, and some minor service issues. See you soon! ✨

The luxury king suite was beautiful, included a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet. There was a scenic view of ocean.

During my transit stay at Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai, I was captivated by the stunning architecture and exquisite views of the Arabian Gulf. The private beach and five outdoor swimming pools provided a luxurious and relaxing escape from my travels. the 35 km distance to Dubai Creek SPB and 36 km to Business Bay offered convenient accessibility for my transit needs.

Despite the exceptional amenities, the hotel's advertised city view actually overlooked a very noisy street, leading to some disruption during my stay. the efficiency of the breakfast service fell short, with extended wait times for simple orders.

My recent stay was absolutely amazing, with rooms offering an incredible view! the spa & pool area exceeded expectations. I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again. the photos don't do it justice!

five palm jumeirah was an exceptional experience! the staff, especially eric and gaurav, made my stay truly memorable. access to the beach, great breakfast, and top-notch service. special mention to adnane, erissa, and monica for their wonderful hospitality. the rooms were lovely with beautiful views, and the hotel offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of activities throughout the day and night.

My sea view room offered a mesmerizing panorama of the Arabian Gulf, creating a truly luxurious experience. The diverse dining options and lavish spa facilities make this hotel a perfect blend of opulence and relaxation.

I felt disappointed by the crowded pool area, which seemed to prioritize alcohol over a proper swimming experience. It was also unfortunate to encounter long wait times for taxis due to understaffing.
